Fresh Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. chicken broth or bouillon
Preparation

Drop tomatoes in a pan of boiling water for 15 to 20 seconds. Immediately rinse with cold water.
Remove skins.
Cut in half crosswise.
Squeeze out and discard seeds.
