Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut into pieces
3 carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. white wine
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 hot chile pepper, sliced
oil for cooking
Preparation

Saute chicken in oil for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add carrots and saute 5 minutes.
Add onion and saute 5 to 10 minutes.
Add wine, salt, vinegar, sugar, chile pepper and ginger and heat.
Serve over rice.
