Spinach Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese; stir well until blended.
    Spoon mixture into greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, top with cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
