Cinnamon-Apple Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. frozen apple rings or slices, thawed
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in skillet until foamy.
    Add apple rings and saute briskly over moderately-high heat.
    When apples are hot, about 8 minutes, sprinkle in cinnamon.
    Toss in pecans and cook 3 to 4 minutes longer.
