Meg'S Mock Meat Loaf For Vegetarians(Cottage Cheese Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix*
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    chopped onion
    2 pkg. dry broth powder (any flavor)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 lb. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Unmolds nicely for slicing.
