Coke Cake And Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Coke
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 margarine
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. buttermilk, mixed with 1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring Coke, cocoa, margarine and oil to a boil.
Sift the dry ingredients and pour boiled mixture over this.
Then add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla; beat together until smooth.
Fold in marshmallows.
Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
