Low-Fat Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. lite soy sauce
    1/4 c. white wine (optional)
    1 Tbsp. sage
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown chicken (chicken can be skinned).
    Add remaining ingredients; cook slowly, covered, until chicken is falling apart. Remove bones.
    Serve over pasta with crusty French bread.
