Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. chopped fresh cranberries
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Beat eggs; then add melted butter and milk to them.
    Combine egg mixture with dry ingredients; stir in rind and berries.
    Fill well-greased muffin tins about 2/3 full with batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
