Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 medium size onion, diced
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Drain kraut in colander.
    Put in large bowl.
    Add celery, carrots, green pepper and onion.
    Dissolve sugar and vinegar; add oil.
    Mix good with other ingredients.
    Let stand several hours in refrigerator, covered.
    Stir often.
    Keeps for 2 weeks.
