Apple Rice Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. cooked, short grain rice
1 cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
Stir in rice, apple, cheese and raisins.
Spoon mixture into lightly greased baking dish.
Combine brown sugar and remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle over rice mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
