Cheese And Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon
16 oz. fresh medium mushrooms
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp and drain thoroughly. Crumble bacon; set aside.
Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems and store covered in refrigerator for another use.
Set mushrooms aside while preparing filling.
