Glazed Cranberry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can jellied cranberry sauce
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. orange juice
2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix cranberry sauce, orange juice and margarine in saucepan.
Heat until smooth.
Place chicken, skin side up, in shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush with at least half of the glaze.
Bake 40 minutes, re-glazing half way through cooking time.
