Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 well beaten egg
    1/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh of frozen)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Make well in center of flour mixture.
    Combine milk, egg and oil.
    Add all at once to dry ingredients.
    Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Toss blueberries and 2 tablespoons of sugar together.
    Gently stir into batter.
    Fill paper-lined muffin tins 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 to 28 minutes.
    While muffins are still warm, dip tops in melted butter and then in sugar.
    Makes 1 dozen.
    Freezes well.
