Kielbasa Harvest Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kielbasa
    2 carrots, chopped
    2 potatoes, cubed
    1 c. green beans
    broccoli, cauliflower or other veggies
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Parboil vegetables 10 to 15 minutes, then saute in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Place in a 12 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Cut up kielbasa into serving pieces and place on top of vegetables.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with rye bread!
