Puff Pastry Tartlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. puff pastry, thawed
    Sun-dried tomatoes
    Kalamata olives, pitted & halved
    Fresh basil
    Feta cheese
    Olive oil
Preparation
    Lightly roll out puff pastry and cut into desired rounds (2 inch diameter minimum).
    With tines of fork, liberally poke pastry.
    Place puff rounds on parchment lined cookie sheet. Arrange sun-dried tomatoes and olives in decorative pattern and crumble Feta cheese on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 - 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and pastry is golden brown.
    Top with fresh basil that has been finely shredded/chopped.
    Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
