Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg (optional)
    2 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Defrost broccoli.
    Press to remove excess moisture.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    In 2-quart casserole, combine margarine and onion.
    Microwave until onion is tender.
    Add remaining ingredients except broccoli.
    Microwave 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
    Add broccoli.
    Microwave until heated through, stirring once.
