Ingredients

9 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually, beating well.
Add the rest of the ingredients, beating slowly until mixed. Fry on a flat griddle, making sure it is completely filled with dough.
