Double Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. baking cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    Frosting
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugar in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in bowl.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with mixture of milk and vanilla, beating well after each addition.
    Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Cool in pan for several minutes.
    Invert onto serving plate.
    Spread frosting over cake.
    Yield:
    16 servings.
