Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1/2 lb. Old English cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    garlic salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 c. ground pecans
Preparation
    Grate cheese and leave out of refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Mix with all other ingredients, except pecans.
    Shape into ball.
    Roll in pecans and refrigerate in plastic wrap.
