Okra Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 small okra pods
    1 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash okra.
    Trim the stems.
    Drain well and place in a shallow container.
    Pour buttermilk over the okra.
    Set aside.
