Baked Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 inch thick sweet potato slices (enough to fill 1-quart baking dish)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place sweet potatoes in a baking dish; add water to 1-inch of top.
    Mix sugars and flour together.
    Place over top of sweet potatoes.
    Cut margarine or butter in pieces.
    Put evenly over top of sugar.
    Add vanilla evenly over top.
    Sprinkle spices over top. For more rich flavor add a tablespoon of evaporated milk.
    Bake in microwave on High about 5 minutes, then put in regular oven and bake about 20 to 25 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 or until potatoes are done.
