Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chili pepper
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 large can tomato sauce
1 1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 doz. tortillas
Preparation

Cook meat slowly while adding onions and peppers until meat is brown.
Add tomato sauce and spices; heat.
Place a layer of tortillas in bottom of a large casserole dish, then a layer of meat, one of cheese, tortillas until casserole is full.
Cover with soup.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly.
