Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

1 lb. bulk hot sausage
1 1/3 c. biscuit mix
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Knead ingredients together with hands until well blended. Shape into walnut size balls.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
