Shrimp Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. (2 c.) peeled shrimp
2 Tbsp. minced green onions
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0 (375\u00b0 if using glass dish).
Saute onions and parsley in butter.
Add shrimp and seasonings; cook until shrimp turn pink.
Lightly grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Sprinkle cheese in plate.
Drain shrimp, reserving liquid.
Add shrimp to cheese.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate.
Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 6 large servings.
