Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 medium cans pineapple tidbits, drained (save juice)
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. to 1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Combine in a buttered baking dish with 1 cup grated Longhorn cheese.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and pineapple juice.
    Pour over tidbits and cheese.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup to 1 cup bread crumbs and dot with butter (1/4 cup).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4.
