Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bushel tomatoes
3 lb. onions
6 hot peppers
1/2 c. plain salt
2 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. basil flakes
2 Tbsp. oregano flakes
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 (12 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato paste
Preparation

Puree all ingredients and bring to a slow boil.
Simmer at least 1 hour.
Put in jars and process.
Makes about 18 pints. Excellent on pizza and stuffed peppers.
