Lemon Cheese Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 stick lightly salted butter
6 eggs
3 c. sifted Swans Down cake flour
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Combine margarine, butter and cream cheese.
Add 2 eggs, 1 cup flour and 1 cup of sugar.
Mix on low speed until blended.
Repeat until all ingredients are blended.
Add extracts and blend well. Pour batter into a prepared Bundt pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
