Microwaved Mixed Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. margarine
2 thinly sliced zucchini
2 sliced tomatoes
1 small sliced onion
garlic powder
basil
2 Tbsp. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese (if desired)
Preparation

Melt margarine in microwave dish.
Add zucchini and microwave for 3 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, onion, some garlic powder and basil.
Cover and microwave until tomatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
