Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 to 3 mashed bananas
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Measure all ingredients into a large mixing bowl; beat on medium speed for 30 seconds.
Pour into a well-greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
Bake 55 to 65 minutes until toothpick stuck in center of bread comes out clean.
Cool.
