Pork Chops With Cheese Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1 egg yolk
    2 Tbsp. dry wine
    2 Tbsp. water
    4 pork chops
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet with oil.
    Combine next 6 ingredients in bowl.
    Remove chops and place on broiler pan; top with cheese mixture and broil for several minutes until lightly browned.
    Heat wine and water in pan drippings.
    Pour over chops; serve.
