Cheese And Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. butter
    3 to 4 Tbsp. water
    8 oz. bacon or cooked ham
    4 eggs
    1 c. cream
    pinch of pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl.
    Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
    Stir in enough water to bind together and form into a dough.
    Chill for 20 minutes.
    Roll out the pastry and use to line a greased 10-inch cake pan or flan ring placed on a baking sheet.
