Vegetable Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. minced celery
    4 well beaten egg yolks
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 drops onion juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in double boiler.
    Add to egg yolks gradually, stirring.
    Return to double boiler and stir constantly over boiling water until thick.
    Remove sauce from hot water and add lemon juice and salt, stirring.
    Cover and again place over hot water.
    Add onion and celery.
    Remove from fire and leave over hot water until time to serve.
    Sauce may be made 30 to 45 minutes before time to serve.
    Serve over any vegetable desired.
