Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can flaked coconut
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. quick oats
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
1 small can Pet Milk

Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, mix 1 stick of butter and oatmeal.
Add 1 1/4 c. boiling water and let stand 20 minutes.
Add 1 tsp. vanilla, cinnamon, pecans and 1 c. flour, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, salt, baking soda and eggs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. While cake is baking have topping ready.
