Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked and chilled
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    3 or 4 green onions, chopped
    8 or 10 stuffed olives, sliced
    3/4 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1/3 c. salad dressing
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1 c. chopped chicken, ham or tiny shrimp
Preparation
    Drain oil from artichokes and add to salad dressing.
    Mix all together; salt and pepper lightly.
    May add a pinch of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon curry powder, if desired.
    Ham, chicken or shrimp is added at the last.
    Cover and chill overnight.
