Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. strained juice from boiled beets
1 box Sure-Jell
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix together beet juice, Sure-Jell and lemon juice.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Add sugar and boil 6 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
