Cheddar Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. nut or date quick bread mix
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease bottoms only of 15 muffin cups or line.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Stir by hand 60 strokes. Divide batter among 15 cups. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
