Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained or 2 boxes chopped frozen broccoli
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put broccoli in casserole dish.
    Mix other ingredients together, pour over broccoli; sprinkle Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Slice pats of butter or margarine over crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
