Sweet-Sour Chops And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 thick pork chops
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. tomato juice
    4 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from chops.
    Brown slowly in T-Fal pan.
    Add onion, vinegar and tomato juice. Cover and cook over low heat until chops are tender, about 50 minutes. Add cabbage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover. Cook 10 minutes. Remove chops.
    Toss cabbage in sauce and serve, placing chops on top of cabbage.
