Crab Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin in 3 Tbsp. cold water
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 green onion, chopped
    7 to 7 1/2 oz. can crab
    1 c. mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
Preparation
    Heat soup.
    Dissolve gelatin and water in heated soup.
    Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
    Add cream cheese.
    Mix until cream cheese is thoroughly blended (no lumps).
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into loaf pan or mold and chill (preferably overnight).
    When mixture is set, remove from mold and place on bed of lettuce.
    May be served as salad, dip or spread.
