Jiffy Fruit Cocktail Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
whipped topping or vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Melt the margarine in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan while preheating the oven to 350\u00b0.
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and baking powder with a spoon.
Stir in milk until smooth.
Stir into the melted margarine that is in the pan.
Spoon the fruit evenly over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
