Mochiko Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) box chicken
    1/2 c. mochiko rice flour
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shoyu
    3 eggs
    garlic and green onion
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and soak chicken overnight.
    Fry in vegetable oil and serve.
