Mom'S Creamy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sour cream
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cream softened cream cheese, adding eggs one at a time.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat at medium speed for 10 minutes. Butter and flour 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour, without opening door.
    Turns out great every time.
    Freezes well.
