Potato Balls(Kotleciki Z Kartofli) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    9 tsp. onion powder
    instant mashed potatoes (powder)
    1 1/2 doz. egg yolks
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel each potato; cover with water and add 2 ounces salt. Cook until tender.
    Drain well and place in mixing machine; add seasonings, butter and onion powder and mix well.
    (Instant mashed potatoes can be added if consistency is too loose.)
    When potato mixture is cooled, shape into small balls.
    Dip into beaten egg yolks and roll in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry until brown.
    Best to fry them just before serving.
    Makes approximately 75.
