Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 graham crackers, crumbled
    1/8 lb. butter
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 egg yolks
    5 egg whites
    3 tsp. flour
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix the crumbs with butter and pat into the bottom of a spring-form pan.
    Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and egg yolks until smooth.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add flour; fold into first mixture and pour over graham cracker crust.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
