Collard Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch collards
1 c. oil
4 to 6 slices bacon
water
Preparation
-
Use as much water as it takes to cook collards in; use as little water as possible.
Gather collards.
Pick and wash them; cut them up.
Have the other ingredients boiling.
Put them in pot and cook for about 2 hours or until done at low heat.
