Mint Fizz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped mint
    1 tsp. sugar
    2/3 c. boiling water
    juice of 1 orange
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. ginger ale or soda water
    6 ice cubes
    2 to 4 sprigs mint for garnish
Preparation
    Put chopped mint in pitcher with sugar.
    Pour boiling water over and leave to cool.
    Then add freshly squeezed juices.
    Chill for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
    Strain.
    Add ginger ale or soda and ice cubes.
    Pour in glasses and garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
