Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
    4 or 5 c. cooked diced potatoes
    1 c. salad dressing
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, water, salt, pepper and mustard, and cook to a boil.
    Add eggs and stir constantly until thick.
    Beat in salad dressing and toss in celery and onions.
    Pour over cooked potatoes and toss gently.
    Add 2 cooked eggs (optional).
