Crunchy Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornflake crumbs
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1/3 c. Healthy Ranch dressing
1 tsp. water
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine crumbs and parsley.
In separate bowl, combine Ranch dressing and water.
Dip chicken in mixture, then into crumb mix, coating well.
Spray nonstick on baking pan, arrange chicken and bake 8 minutes or until chicken is tender.
