Lemon Honey Yummy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored jello
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 envelope Dream Whip
    2/3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in honey, lemon juice and rind; chill until slightly thickened.
    Prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package.
    Beat gelatin with hand beater until fluffy, then fold in whipped topping.
    Spread 1/2 the crumbs in bottom of an 8-inch square pan.
    Spoon in gelatin mixture and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
    Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Cut into squares.
    Garnish with twisted lemon slices, if desired. Makes about 4 1/2 cups or 8 servings.
