Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato sauce
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Deskin and debone chicken breasts and cut into pieces.
    Mix eggs with water and spices.
    Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture and then into bread crumbs to coat.
    Fry chicken pieces until golden (do not over fry).
